Berg Remodel

We recently purchased a home on Lake Wildwood as our retirement home.  Although the home was in good condition, we wanted to redesign the home to take advantage of a more open floor plan with a better view of the lake.  We asked our realtor, neighbors and others for contractor recommendations.  It was an easy decision.  Len’s name kept coming up as a very reputable, high quality contractor.

Len’s professionalism, integrity, design skills and project management experience were apparent from the get-go.  Len had wonderful ideas on how we could economically redesign our home.  He suggested that we completely open up the kitchen and great room by eliminating walls and adding windows for a fantastic lake view.  In addition he suggested a creative redesign of our hallway and guest bedrooms that allowed us to enlarge the master bedroom and add a large walk-in closet.

Len did a great job of managing our remodel project and in the process he became a great friend.  We had fun as a team doing our remodel with many good laughs along the way.  Priceless!   He kept us well informed throughout the project.  He was continually on site to ensure the work was done correctly and met his high quality standards. The project exceeded our expectations and was completed on time and within budget.
